Has there been anymore movement on the pub above the shopping centre, or the chinese take away (Planning permission there for months stuck on the window)

the takeaway (not definitely a chinese, but the applicants had "chinese sounding" names) and ATM have planning permission - don't know what the delay is.

Word is that the rent for the pub unit is ridiculously high - too high for anyone taking it to make a decent profit. Can't see how it benefits the developers to leave it empty for years on end though...
