A guy calls a pet store and says, "Send me thirty-thousand cockroaches at once." "What in the world do you want with thirty-thousand cockroaches?" asks the astonished clerk. "Well," replied the guy, "I'm moving today and my lease agreement says I must leave the premises in exactly the same condition I found it in." Boom…
