Saw some folks in my new neighborhood with these bins while I went a got a council bin. Are they some sort of independent waste company?

wiser is a private company from midleton. i use them and find them good. always collect.will take extra if you ring the office and pay more. look for a new customer discount. their glass collection is great cos the bottle banks round here are overflowing half the time
