Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So I opened an excel document from an email.. numerous times i saved it using the autosave function but now when I open up the document from the email again none of the changes are saved. cud it have been saved somewhere else? thanks

Changes made to items opened directly from an email won't have the changes applied to the email. Autosave will save the file to the temporary location it was opened in when you double clicked the email.

If you want to know where your changes are saved, save the document in a folder before editing it.
