Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm going to be in Spain for a while over the next few months. I was just wondering if was to buy an xbox 360 over there, would it be any different to buying one here in Ireland? I would expect manuals etc to be in Spanish, plug would be different too.

Is the XBox 360 localised for each country its sold in or is it possible to change language settings on xbox360?

Within Europe the only difference should be the plug and the manuals.

thought so myself, might give xbox 360 customer service a call just to be sure. anyway was checking on prices in Spain €439 for xbox360 premium gear of wars box set, which can be got here for 399 as far as I know. So maybe I'm better off buying here.

was just on to customer support and they said you each xbox 360 is designed to work for the country it was bought in??

That surely doesn't make sense, we're in the same dvd region, use PAL like Spain what else could they be talking about?

They don't know basically so are just saying what it says on their script.

If you can cope with using a different shaped mains lead then I can't see that there would be anything else different apart from manuals and possibly the rate of VAT.
