Liquid $$ invesments

I play poker, and as such have a reasonably sized bankroll all of which is in dollars, most of the time this money is lying idle in my poker account.

I was thinking i might as well be earning some return on the money, even if it's just interest for sitting in an account.

I need to keep the money in dollars though, and have it liquid and always available to me, is there much hassle in setting up an account with an American bank? Can I set up a dollar account with any irish/europeon banks?

Yeah alot of the banks here have dollar account setups. Just give them a call. It probably won't be in your local branch though, probably be in their HQ.

But will poker sites accept from US banks? and even if you use a third party like neteller will an American bank do that?
