Pop Art Modified Cars

My friends started a Pop Art service for prints. He can make a cool pop art print of your car all you do is send himi the image and the framed print comes back in about a week. He's doing a special deal in Febuary, check out his site, the links in my sig tag

are these actually 'art' (ie. hand painted) or just photoshopped to make them look that way ?
