Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Am i correct in saying that the only way to deploy a java app (.jar) to is Nokia 6233 over bluetooth is through Nokia PC Suite?

I have switched to ubuntu linux and i need to deploy my apps.

Bluetooth is setup up correctly and i can transfer themes, notes, etc to the phone.
when i send the jar file however, i dont get an option to install it.

Its looking like i will have to copy them onto a memory card.....when i get one :-)

    any ideas?

Yes u can send them over bluetooth. i just send a jar file to my phone (6233 v4.91) over bluetooth (object push service) and it says file recieved. however when u go to look for the file it doesnt show up. When u do go to ur applications u will find that it is installed there already.

    nevermind....

it installs them into in with the rest of the apps in the collection folder.

Nothing is displayed on the phone when the jar is transfered over.
