Slow?

The boards are too slow? It's a pain reading posts with a wait time of over 10 seconds per page, I ping 35 to www.boards.ie and no packet loss, its also as bad from my home connection

It's not as variable as people seem to think .. the performance of the boards is desperate

Also, while the pages may have been generated in 4-6 seconds, they're taking 15-30 seconds on some pages to display.. do you guys have a bandwith problem? The machine I'm using is a 3.4ghz 1gb ram and using both Firefox + IE

Fastest page here was returned in about 5 seconds longest was 45 seconds.

ps. I didnt post in the other thread since the replies from moderators seem to be just 'my page generated is in 1s, so it must be you'
