Replacing Bulbs on front spots on a BMW 520i 02 model

Does anyone know how to get at the bulb for the bottom two spot/fog lights on the front of a BMW 520i can't figure it out and low and behold there is nothing in the manual telling me how. Have my NCT tonight and need to replce the bulbs. Any ideas?
