Speed problem with dynamode ADSL-C4W-G

So, I was tired of slow speed of azureus and that yellow face staring at me the whole time so I picked up a Dynamode ADSL-C4W-G ADSL router for 100 euro. I Set up the static ip and port forwarding. I now have a green face. But the downloads are even slower than before. I'm getting between 20-40kb/s. Any suggestions on what…
