Anyone got similar problems. My Broadband has been down over a week now. Have tried contacting the "csutomer support via phone" no joy-have got two automatated email responses..."your query has been logged etc" but no fix!!!!

Have rebooted-disconnected-cables etc etc...any ideas anyone!!
