Anyone buy the large red cylinders of propane for home heating/cooking?

I noticed the price is still the same, the weight marked on the cylinder is 27 Kg, used to be 33~34Kg. That's about a 20% reduction in volume for the same price.

    Sneaky or what?
Company reduces volume of gas, charges the same price.
Consumers (& prob sellers as well) just buy the cylinders, don't look at the fill weight.

I thought Propane was derived from Petroleum & crude prices are at their lowest for a year.
