I check their personals

Player X now dislikes Y
Player X is a good young player but has an attitude problem before this according to the Asst.

Player Y has only been at the club a month
Player Y is a good young player too, a bit better than X if the truth be told

Player X stated at the start of the season that he felt there was too much competition for places, since then I've sold another defender, that calmed down.

There is no resolve issue button, whats the best way to deal with these two?

I've never had to deal with the situation, I suppose send the lesser of the two on a season long loan??
