Building Regs Part J: Room Sealed Appliances

I'm looking for a room heating solution for a house but it has to be suitable for a very airtight build.

The building regs state you most have a permanent ventilation opening for heating producing applicances unless they are room sealed.

What appliance would qualify as room sealed?

Would I be looking at a stove that has its own independant air supply from outside and that also has a sealed door?
