Hi , looking to get a full spectrum UV lamp for my tortoise , anyone know where i might get a cheap one online, pet store was looking for 50 euro for one

Make sure it's a UVB lamp and the last time I bought one it cost me €75 for a combined heat/uvb lamp.
I wouldn't expect to get one too cheaply. 50 sounded ok tbh.

Dont know where you`re located but the Orchard in Celbridge have UVB bulbs from 17 euro(flourescent type) up to 30.
Then all you need is a starter unit.Sabotage some household flourescent light fittings and your sorted.
