Good to see something like this.

You might want to consider a few things for 2nd Version. You’ve hard coded some fields that would need to be formula for others not in your exact position to use. i.e. the total for tax credits.

BTW, the mortgage repayment calculator is also a good idea. You might want to go further and include a tax credit deduction to get back to the amount that’s taken out of your bank account.

Using a similar formula helped me to go make to my mortgage provider to point out I was being overcharged. With much embarrassment they agreed to make a refund.
