Wondering What Irish Paper I just Sat....

Hey Im in a quandry. I just sat the honours Irish paper 2 and now Im wondering what sceal titles are going to come up in paper 1 tomorrow. These are what came up in p2

1. Stories : Lig Sinn i gcathu - Author is mocking characters
Clare sa speir - theme of the short film
La bui bealtaine - tradgedy of love
Fiche Bliain ag Fas - short humorous account of two boys trying
trying alcohol
2.Poetry: Jack or Nil aon Ni
Bimse Buan ar buairt gach lo (compulsory)
Dan do mhelissa or Uirchill an Chreagain


Now if anyone has sat that paper and knows what the corresponding paper 1 is like, all I want to know is the sceal topics

I had that. I nearly fell asleep during it.

My paper 1 is tomorrow, I don't think you automatically have the same paper 1 if you had the same paper 2 though, but I could be mistaken. G'luck.

We were told that those were coming up and we have P2 on Friday.

Our Paper 1 was:

Comprehensions were a bit tricky..one about Mau-Mau tribe and one about the riots in Dublin. Tape was a bit hit and miss.

Can anyone tell me what the questions were for Dan Do Mhelissa or UAC?
And for Bimse and Nil Aon Ni?

And finally, what was on Stair Na Gaeilge?

Dan do Mhelissa..what do the 'muillte de' lines mean, how does the poet convey her worry for the child's future...forget the other one.

stair na teanga- clann lir, clain uisnigh, diarmuid and grainne, mairtin o direan, mairead ni ghrada, breandan o heithir, padraic mac piarais....development of irish recently.

Nil aon ni- 'the beauty of the country versus the ugliness of the city is effective', something like that.

Unbelievable, only had it today and I forget it.

Anyone know the paper 1 for this?? Ill also add that Paper II was a piss easy paper and the an triail question was about how maires family treated her in an unchristian way (hypocrisy basically)

Paper 1 is above for the Aiste and Scéal.

The comprehensions are ok...a bit messy in parts. Tape was hit or miss...it was ok.

Do you know what the other An Triall question was?

yup that tape was ridiculously easy IMO

Nope didnt get the papers yet, not doing our written papers for another 2 weeks (when we come back after the break)

So if anyone who did the tape can help us....(i know if asked this question heaps of times and someone did answer it for me, it just wasn't very clear tho)

I did the eurovision tape today directly after paper 1 as I detailed above but there is no guarantee that your school will use the same paper company as tape so the paper I did may or may not come with your tape

Our paper was completely different. We got Maigdileana for the poetry question.
But yeah we got the 'wind that shakes the barley' tape test - it was v.easy.:)

It was something 'míchríostúil'..unchristian attitudes basically. Hypocrisy= fímineacht! Couldn't remember the word...was going insane..had to rewrite it parts of it to say hyprocrisy in a roundabout way.
