Anybody having speed probs with IBB tonight?

Breeze 3 Mbps, Galway area Speed dropped to ~200Kbps or lower, is usually > 2Mbps. (www.irishisptest.com) I know it's contended, but I've never seen it this bad before, it's unusable, lots of timeouts on pages, gmail timing out on retrieves. Have swapped the router, rebooted the IDU, still really bad.

Was back to normal this morning (7AM), 2.9 Mbs download, but already (17:17) is showing signs of slowing again.

I would'nt mind if it just went slow, but gmail times out, mail never downloads, no matter how many times I try, it hangs. That's worse than dialup, at least that was slow, but you could leave it running & be sure it would eventually arrive.
