Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

xbox 360 and ip address

    Hey all,
    So much for a sweat free initiation to broadband in the new apartment! A total laptop implosion from a crap fuji driver, corrupted sound drivers, deleted usb registry entries, blah blah blah.

    And not even my 360 is cooperating. The router is set up in the other room. I am wirelessly connected to my laptop no problem. The wireless adaptor is connected to the 360 and it sees and connects to the network. I've entered the ten digit WEP key.

    In 'Test Xbox live connection' it passes network adaptor and shows wireless network as connected.

    But it fails in getting an IP address.

    Anyone have any idea about what's going on here?

    The problem with the IP address resolved itself. I connected to xbox live last night. But any attempt to access content got an 'Error 8088' message. So I gave up.

    But everything seems dandy. Before going to work, it connected and downloaded 10% of the crackdown demo with no hiccups.
