And not a single one of those games are on sale from Nintendo themselves. It's the same again this week as far as I can see so far. They really are the Scrooge of the gaming world. I think we're getting to the point of utter saturation in the eShop. They really need to start splitting these into categories (like, for example, Retail and Download, Download Only, Dev with more than x releases) - the shovelware is getting to the point where browsing is pointless.

Anything under a tenner/fifteen should have its own section. Most decent games are more than that.

I actually agree - I meant something a bit more smart like reputation of the dev, number of previous purchases, avg rating etc - a number of inputs - if it fails those criteria, it doesn't go into the New Releases section (or it can be split into Selected New Releases / All New Releases)

That could make it more difficult for first time devs though? I don't find it too difficult right now, but I'd keep fairly up to date with most releases of note outside of the eshop. I agree it needs an overhaul!
