Can some mod tell me if this is a permanent ban? I PMed a forum mod about it a while ago but I didn't get a response. If it is permanent that seems a bit over the top in my opinion, can I appeal it?

Try PMing a mod again (it's okay to PM all of them at the same time, but a good idea to say that you are doing so).
