I was browsing through kinsale and went into karen russels her catalogue is amazing but was wondering of peoples experience with the place? I asked her to design a tattoo for me japannese style hopefully i will have the nerve to do it?

Karen's amazing, she's my favourite artist ever. I didn't get tattooed in her Kinsale shop, it was only just opening up at the time she was tattooing me last year. But I got a pretty big piece on my side done by her. I've got nothing but good things to say about her and I know a couple of people that have been tattooed by her and just keep going back. I went in with an idea thinking no one would really be able to put together what I wanted and Karen got it exactly how it was in my head. If you do go through with it, post pics, cos I love seeing her work
