kia's 7 year warranty

    hi guys
    hope ye are all well
    just wondering if this 7 year warranty is a full warranty, does it cover everything a warranty from any other car manufactuter covers?
    does it the warranty only apply to the first owner or
    if there are any other criteria / catches involved, id really like to know

    I read about this in the paper. Details were a bit skimpy, but it seems that there is a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty, with a further 2 year engine warranty. Not sure about the ins and outs of it though.
    Oh yeah, the warranty will extend onto the following owners. If the car is bought in 2007, the warranty runs until 2014, irrespective of number of owners

    I'd say there's main dealer service intervals that must be followed in order for the warranty to stand, couldn't see them being able to offer the warranty otherwise as it would be open to abuse.
