Could somebody check and see is bbc.co.uk and rte.ie sites working? I can open certain sites but others are just timing out, just wondering is it me or everybody

Sites like BBC and RTE tend not to go down (at the same time)

Whats your ISP ?

If so, it's a DNS problem your end.

I'm on the Shankill exchange, EsatBT.
Definitely a DNS issue.

Thanks zabbo. On BT in Swords, and all but boards gone at the moment. SEt the DNS to these puppies and everything works again :-)

BT DNS servers went tits-up for about 3 hours. Back now.
