I presume that there is no simple way to get email off of the webmail interface at http://mail.oceanfree.net in downloadable format, other than going thru each message?
(these are not mails on the pop server, they're stored somewhere else)

I want to change mail accounts but need to get a copy of all my old mail off the server. I'm guessing I'll have to resort to more esoteric means to retrieve the info, just thought it might be a longshot if someone had a quick magic link or something!

    Thanks..

I have a few addresses with different providers. I think gmail allows me to download all messages I've sent and received whereas only new messages to my eircom addresses are downloaded. I've noticed this also after reinstalling my OS. Perhaps there's an option in the webmail's interface. Hopefully for you there is.

    Yep, thanks.
Nah oceanfree is quite old so they stopped changing it around a few years ago I guess. I will try to get some sort of script going to automate it.

Edit: Ignore - I didn't read it properly 1st time. I thought you could POP3 it.

Yeah that's a good idea... either that or run them thru some sort of PHP perhaps.
Still going to be a bit of a pain... hmmm...
Actually it mightn't be too bad.. thanks will think about it...
