that might be true, but point is you can still talk.,lol, and if im to believe what ive heard you dont feel very much when ya get shot, it takes time to sink in.,;)
    Not where I'd shoot them.......:D

Ok, quick amendment to satisfy Vtec.....
Well, if you were shot in real life, your communication is fairly limited. Mostly it's:

"Oh, dear I think, I've been shot". *Checks to see what isn't working, notices hole in uniform*

"OH MY FREAKIN GOD THIS HURTS!!!!! Or somesuch.

Great for alerting a medic, but pants as far as the tactical situation is concerned....

    There. Better?:D

In all seriousness, I say again: you should allow communication with non-medic team-mates if they are within 1 or 2 metres, or maybe physical contact, not otherwise. I love a bit of redundant complexity, but that would be workable and preserve game balance. Otherwise, you'd end up with a strategically placed casualty giving a running commentary to his team-mates... ;)

I agree about 'dead men can't talk' potentially being a problem, but that's for the marshals to enforce.

Also as far as I know, real combat medics are trained to go for the loud guy last (the theory being that if you're ok enough to scream your lungs out, you've got more time to spare).

a little bit of advice for ppl
dont try to change a mag in a tree, especially when someone is aiming at you
and especially when that particular mag is giving you trouble:rolleyes:

And of course when you have someone wrestling a torn bush below you making one hell of a noise:o
Stepped on some dead wood and the shaggin thing broke scraping the bejasus out of me leg.
The first rolling assault game went on for years, great fun though!
