That's usually because noone bothers to work as a team. If there was a bit of coordination on those attacks rather than everyone running headlong into four rifles an auto, one at a time, in a straight line, again, and again, and again, then taking that objective wouldn't be particularly difficult.

I tried organising them the last time but I may as well have been trying to get bus started, it was just as hopeless and pointless. I ended up sitting on the jeep watching them all get milled.
