i could well be there at some stage over the weekend, provided sex/karting or the urge to go out and buy a quadbike doesnt get in the way.

karting could well be an issue, then sex, and i am looking into a quad bike but less so then sex and karting.

I'm getting the stock extention for the p90, its rubber at the back and adds a few inches to allow for a bigger battery, but it wont be here for a wek or so.

I see the HRTA website says the times are 10:30 to 5, but does that mean doors open at 10:30 or games start or what? whats the best timem to arrive at?

ive to head in to work for 3 hours, dont ecape til 8 :mad:

Games usually start around 11, pre-game waffling and gear admiration takes a while If you have a lot of gear you'd want to turn up at least 30 minutes early.

A typical saturday:
05:00 : Scope wakes up, curses HRTA for being in Dublin, and gets ready for the 3 hour bus to Dublin.
10am : I arrive at HRTA all by my lonesome.
10:15 : Paul and Mel arrive.
10:30 : Two or three other people show up.
11:00 : Games actually get started.
11:15 : Another 3-4 people have arrived.
11:30 : Almost everyone has arrived.
14:00 : Nigel arrives. Everyone goes for lunch.

We shoot each other
.
17:45 games normally wind down. Might get a quick CQB game in before 6pm.

Try to be there for 10:30!

all my DPM gear has faded to different shades over the years and im goin mad now that I didnt bother to order a sling for the AEG, suppose il just roll around in mud and weeve the AEG into my hair instead

Below is a map for you. It's fairly accurate. Lower Abbey street looks weird from above.

From Burgh Quay, go across the bridge, Keep walking up O'Connell street until you see Luas tram lines. Turn right (following the tracks...and I don't mean walk on them). After 1-2 mins, you should see some bus shelters. Look for the one that has a timetable for the 41/41c. That's the bus you need. They are every 15-30 mins depending on the time of the day.

41 bus : When it gets to Swords village, it swings left onto Rathbeale road just after the Centra shop (ask the driver to let you know where you are there). About half way down the Rathbeale road you will see lots of electricity transformers etc. This is where you get off. Keep going down Rathbeale road and keep an eye out for the HRTA laneway opposite the huge tree.

41c bus : Similar, but when the bus leaves swords village it goes on a big loop around Rathbeale road, but still ends up at the electricty transformers.
