i've been on the recieving end of it many a time while sniping loads of new playes continue to blast you even after calling hit worst being in the old site they were on 5ft from me.

I'm still going through the shots, but I'm calling it a night. There's jet engines to work on in the morning. In the mean time, however, here's a few that I've finished processing so far.


















This shot, you'll have to click on (I know, an outside link? In this day and age?). The reason being that you have to see Joe's face to understand why such a crappy shot is being left in the "keeper" pile, and to do that, you'll need an image size that's not forum-friendly.
He had just spent the last ten minutes getting to that position, creeping up along the riverbank. The mound completely obscured his view, and he was casually walking around it. Meanwhile, some crossfire happened and his would-be ambusher was nailed. Joe was, to say the least, a tad surprised to see someone suddenly pop up less than 10 yards away.

Wow Dex, some great shots Dex. The pics of Joe and Andrew on either side of the mound is really great - what expressions, and Joe jumping is flippin awesome.

It's similar to the settings I use for covering American football actually. I thought I'd have to make a smeg-ton of adjustments on the day to get things right, but it turned out ok. I was lucky with the light early on in the day, but it got a bit naff about half way through. Had to bump the ISO to keep my shutter speed.
If you're out next Sunday, I'll show you.

Honestly, I am completely useless on the camera, its all guess work with me and photoshop after if necessary.

ISO settings control sensitivity of "the film" sepia is achieved in camera or PS or with filter
Dex will pass on the knowledge like yoda to luke......
