How much for new break shoes?

How much does replacement of break shoes usually cost? Does it make a difference how worn the old ones were? Mine were extremely warn, probably drove for about 3 months longer than I should have on them.

They are not too expensive but price will obviously depend on the car and whee you get them from (dealer Vs motor factors).
Driving with them too long may have resulted in damage to the drum also but again these shouldn't be too expensive if they need to be replaced.
