If a site is being sold subject to planning - and the seller hasnt even marked out the site yet - What would the rough timeframe we would be looking at for the seller to get his engineer to mark out the site and to get the initial contracts drawn up by his solicitor?

Has anyone else bought a site like this?

Should it take longer than 4 weeks?

Getting it marked out by the Engineer/Architect/Technician is a quick process. Any delays usually come from the solicitors.

    As stated..

Marking out of the site can be done very quickly. Where the delays will be is on the legal side of things - make sure that all is done by the book to speed up the process...
