Cheltenham private cash game

Hi again guys,

Just to update you regarding cash games at this years Cheltenham festival.

Im currently finalising the location within 8km of racecourse.
hopefully 2 tables:

P/L Omaha (probably 5/10)
N/L Hold'em (10/20 or 25/50 depending on demand)

professional dealers and tables.
food, drink and security supplied.

Cheltenham runs from Tuesday March 13th to Friday March 16th

Game Location to be confirmed next week. (Within few miles of racecourse)

2 tables as detailed above (P/L Omaha and N/L Hold'em)

Minimum buy in will apply to both tables.

At the moment just trying to get a feel for numbers intrested in playing.
Will post contact number so I can give more details next week.

will Run from 5pm till 8am daily.

If your intrested please post and Ill get back to you all once I finalise exact details.

I think its fair enough to ask who you are, who will be giving rulings etc? And rake obviously.

For obvious reason's not giving out personal details online as Uk applys different gaming laws to Ireland.

will reply to all posts in full tuesday with full details.

Will explain all game rules prior to play.

Rake also detailed in replys (very fair rake)
Will have floor manager for rulings.

Update.......!!!

private Apartment now secured in Stratford Town centre.

I feel this is the best way to go as hotels would object to 10-18 people coming and going from one room. Also upsets other residents in rooms.

Also more secure and easier to cater for customers( food and refreshments).

Plan is to run the games Daily from 7pm till 7am starting on the 13th March.
Games as requested (holdem 5/10 etc. or omaha 1/2 2/4 etc.)

I'm not sure if this is me just being paranoid, but surely a private poker game being advertised by someone called theirishmob, is not going to give off the right signals Obviously it could be in reference to the hendonmob but still...

Firstly.

THEIRISHMOB username is an idea I had a while back to put together 4 players, playing under the name "THEIRISHMOB" thus making it easier to gain sponsorship and also use it as a promotional tool for the players. Also give the "thehendonmob" something to think about..all advertising is good advertising...!!!

Secondly

Im a waterford based player and it is totally above board. Just see a opportunity to make a few bob over the 4 days by running a well organised game for poker players traveling over. (Tables,dealers,food,drink, and a good crack).

Hmm maybe because i was captain of Carlow and lasted longer then any other Waterford Player barr Dave o Callaghan who aint from Waterford Justifys me enough i think Dave i was 36th in this ..

2nd. THEIRISHMOB would be used as a commercial/promotional purpose.
Not a irish team.

3rd. The waterford poker team ain't something I aspire to as a poker player.
Most of the team think A-4 is a good hand and try drink there way through a tournament rather than play poker. The few that can play try to get a result as the others prop up the bar.

4th. How many of the waterford team make a living from poker? (Or make a living full stop)

And lastly ...anyone going to Cheltenham for a game?
