Hi there New to all this so please be gentle.I know that the exchange in knockcroghery is enabled so rang eircon to see about broadband and was told my line was not suitable.about 2kilometers from exchange.now i built my house about 2 years ago and had phone line put in underground for about 350 meters from the main line.when eircon connected the phone the guy said there was enough cable for 10 houses yet i am the only one on it.
the question is how can i get broadband sick of dial up too slow and all that getting sppeds of up to 35kbps on dial up.any suggestions on how to get it would be great.love the site great info on it
