Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My mam is the nicest person EVER in the world - EVER even nicer than Ghandi... it's not just because im biast... honest!

Anyways she separated from my dad when she was about 40, she's now 54 and he never been with anyone else despite talking about wanting to find someone. My dad has moved on - time and time again!

My question is this, Where in the Dublin area could i send her that she wouldnt feel out of place, like an oldies nightclub... or something?

I really want to find someone to make my mam happy, and maybe even get her some!

Would she go to a Salsa Dancing class? In some places they have a class first for an hour and then they just dance and socialise for an hour or two afterwards.

What does she enjoy doing? Find a group that does this and have her join, especially if it has a good mix of males and females.

The Regency Hotel used to have dances for the older crowd. CHeck that out. The evening herald has all those ads in the miscellanous section.
