Camera Housings

Hi,
just wondering if anybody has any thoughts on camera housings for DSLRs?

I have a canon 350D, and dreams of being a good photographer

I've seen a few of the 'plastic bags' and was wondering if anybody has had any experience?

Don't have a DSLR and the main reason was the cost of the housing! Got a point and click instead - which has given some good results under water.

Ikelites are condidered pretty damn good. But you pay for the privilage.

The bags are generally rated to 10m - and do you want to trust your nice DSLR to a plastic bag??

Eesh! Thanks for the info. I reckon that paying out twice the cost of the original camera is a bit more than I can take!!
I'll be relying on my Lidl semi-disposable I reckon!
