eircom mail servers down?

    Just curious to know if anyone's noticed issues getting pop / webmail access from eircom? I'm getting the following back if I try acccess;

    "Due to essential maintenance, account is temporarily unavailable. Please try again in 1 hour."

    nothing announced on their maintenance site.. should I be surprised? :rolleyes:
