Any open ports on last mile?

Im trying to get a program working for someone i work with who has last mile wireless and I need an open port over 2000. So can anybody who has last mile tell me any open ports to the net or do last mile have everything blocked apart from the ports for http etc. Or can anyone tell me is there any program that my friend…
