Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My HTPC gets a 2.4 score.

    CPU - Athlon 64 3200+
    RAM - 2GB crappy latency/mixed brands
    GPU - 7300LE with 64MB of RAM
    HD - Western Digital SE16

In summary WinSAT pretty much nailed it the weak point of the system is the GPU but as it's not for gaming then it really doesn't matter.

It was possible the early betas anyway to looks at the actual raw numbers in the data from WinSAT though I'm not sure where they are located now must have a look.

My notebook gets a 2.0

    CPU - Sempron Mobile 3500+
RAM - 512MB - some taken by GPU
GPU - ATI Xpress 200M - using inbuilt driver not ATI's
HD - Samsung I think 5400rpm notebook HD.

Once I put some RAM into the notebook and install ATI's display driver things should pick up and enable Aero Glass.

4.2 CPU is holding it back a bit. Time for dual core I think.

    Opty 146@ 2.4Mhz
    1.5GB Geil PC3200
    7800GT
    2 X WD Raptor Raid0 70GB

    Just updating the thread.

Day 14, no crash, stable. Only couple of reboots due to antivirus Avast updates and installation of drivers.

Sometimes, Yahoo Messenger acting weird - had to kill the process and start it again. Viewing NTL Digital using PVR150 on GBPVR is also occasionally jerky and stalled.

    3.7

Bit silly the way it just takes the lowest score when it technically, for my part, is the one thing that doesn't actually matter as I don't use it for games.

Everything else is fairly good, and my PC is a 18 month old Dell, but I ordered it to spec to get me through at least 3 years. Have over 600gigs of hard drive (250 is portable), Dual P4 3.0Ghz Processors, 2gigs of RAM. I've a 256MB X600 Radeon card which has worked for any game I've tried, albeit the most recent one is probably Half Life 2 which it ran at full spec.
