Question about going online

I know that the 360 doesnt have wi-fi like the ps3, so im wondering how I could get a 360 online without having to put a big long cable from the pc to my bedroom (other side of the house).. Is there any other options? Cheers

Not sure who misinformed you of the above. There's very little
the PS3 can do that the 360 cant.

What you need is one of these:

I've used one myself for last 15 months with no problem.

The PS3 is only wireless if you buy the premium bundle.

For the basic PS3 you also have to buy the wifi adaptor
as an additional add-on.

People who only want it for offline games maybe? It is a games console after all.

So if you don't have broadband and you won't be playing games online. the console is €630+ without any games. Would be nice to have the option that the rest of the world is getting i'd say.

I'm still not getting one though cos Sony are arseholes. Why people in Europe still put up with them is beyond me..
