    The Cycle Inn/IMBRC beginner Mountain bike spins are held every saturday.
    We meet at 10am at the Cycle Inn in tallaght.

    All levels are catered for and they are usually good craic

    You need a Helemet, Bike in good working order, food, water and spare tubes.
    For legal reasons we require you to take out temporary membership with the IMBRC which costs 5 euros and will cover you for your first 3 spins.
