Black Floor Tiles - Cannot keep Clean

New house and we decided to put down black floor tiles in the hallway. Bad idea! Cannot keep them clean. Every bit of dirt, dust shows up on them as opposed to the Cream Floor tiles in the kitchen (same tile different colour) which do not need to be cleaned half as often. Does anyone know if these tiles can be varnished or…

Bad idea!

Cannot keep them clean. Every bit of dirt, dust shows up on them as opposed to the Cream Floor tiles in the kitchen (same tile different colour) which do not need to be cleaned half as often.

Does anyone know if these tiles can be varnished or given some other treatment to make them less susceptible to picking up dirt.

Wouldnt mind so much but actually have to clean with water and mop every few days....
