English evening course- somewhere near tallght?

Hey. My house mate is looking to do an english course in the evenings. She is working in tallaght until 6 in the evenings. The IT in tallaght has a course but it is closed to new entrants. Any other ideas? or are there any late ones (like after 7/7.30) around the place?
