    Hi hows it going?

    Studying defamation for upcoming Fe1 examinations. Seen that the Defamtion Bill 2006 has been approved by the Oireachtas. Anyone any idea when it will come into force?

    Any response would be much appreciated!

    We have a legal discussion forum. The people there will probably have a better chance of knowing when the egislation actually comes into force.
