Have a look at a recent bank statement, I think it's on it at the top.

Check this link it might help.

You'll have to contact your local branch afaik, it is associated with your account. It might be on your statement too.

Just bumping this as I've got a question.

How long does it normally take for an internation money transfer to go through? I gave the person the IBAN and BIC codes and he processed the transfer. I'm with BOI by the way.

    Thanks.

As long as you have supplied the correct info. 3 working days, as long as the cut off point has been made.

What do you mean by 'cut off point'?

If you walked into the bank on monday at 10 am. It will normally be in the foreign account by thursday morning.

If you walking in after 1.30 (the cut off point). Most banks would not process the payment until tuesday.

Each bank has a diff cut off point.

If you visit the IPSO website here you can generate your own IBAN the link is http://www.ipso.ie/section/ipsosepaservices

With regard to timelines all electronic transfers within SEPA must be in the account of the beneficiary on the next business day. Cut-off for these payment is typically early afternoon between 2pm and 3pm.
