What's being built on site opposite new bolands garage??

Hi Anyone know what's being built on the site opposite the new bolands\renault garage on the cork road? Is it B&Q or something like that? Getting confused with all these new developments :D J

Its a new retail park with either six or eight units , its in the county council area so there were no objections and the planning permission went through with the minimum fuss
