Dublin to Cork route?

I'm looking to cycle from Dublin to Cork over the Easter long weekend. Can anybody advise what the best route is? where could I find info on it? I'd like to avoid the main roads... Thanks Gerard

N81 to Belessigton.
Cross to kilcullen
N78 to Kilkenny, (but this could be busy)
n76 to Clonmel
n671(nire valley) and on to lismore n72

or r665 to clogheen

over the vee r668

lismore to tallow n72
to midleton r627
to cork n25
