I just ordered a Playboy 2000 from Green Hobby & Model.

Has anyone here got one or flown one and if so could you please tell me what you think of it?

    Thanks,

    Richard

A pal of mine got one about a year ago.

He flew it on a Race 400 with a 3:1 Aeronaut gearbox.
Battery he used was 8 cell pack of KAN1050 batteries.
The battery shape that fitted best was the "folded over" type.

    I think the prop was 8.5 x 6 carbon, might have 8.5 x 5.

He had very long duration flights, took off grass, and it "hovered" well in a slight breeze.

Last time he mentioned it to me he was teaching his wife to fly on it.
