    Trying to lose a few pounds, this is my log.

    Weight - 97 kg

    Gym Work

    Lifts (weight/reps/sets)

    Triceps (30/15/3)

    Rowing (50/12/3)

    Thighs (In/Out) (50/12/3)

    Lat Pulldown (50/15/3)

    Butterfly (37.5/12/3)

    Cardio (time/cals/distance)

    Ski Machine (32/500/4)

    Treadmill (7/100/1)

    Diet (maintence calories - 3000)

    Large porridge/Cod liver oil/Chlorella - 500 kcal
    Pear- 50 kcal
    Apple- 70 kcal
    Banana- 105 kcal
    Cappuccino- 120 kcal
    Chicken Cutlet- 160 kcal
    Mixed veg- 170 kcal
    1 Potato- 100 kcal
    Large bowl of yogurt- 250 kcal

    Total - 1600 kcal

    Difference 3000 - 1600 = 1400 kcal

    Salad w/ potatoes- 575 kcal

    Banana- 105 kcal

    Pork chop- 220 kcal
    Pasta- 600 kcal
    Sauce- 300 kcal

    Total - 2500 kcal

    Difference 3000 - 2500 = 500 kcal

    Large bowl of yogurt- 250 kcal

    Fried egg- 90 kcal
    2 x Brown bread/butter- 220 kcal
    1 white pudding- 30 kcal
    sausage- 80

    Salad w/ potatoes- 575 kcal

    Pear- 50 kcal
    Apple- 70 kcal
    Banana- 105 kcal

    Large pork chop with cheese- 350 kcal

    Total - 2200 kcal

    Difference 3000 - 2200 = 800 kcal
