Yeah the rockstar server will be packed at that time, probably better to go with gtagaming or planetgta as youtube stream wont give the quality required to make the hairs on yer neck stand up (provided its a compelling trailer of course)!

Rockstar have not failed to give us good trailers etc. since they started making the GTA series so I would say we won,t be disappointed......hopefully.

I reckon it could be South America, like thats where a lot of the gangs in the US came from. You start off as a fark guerilla making cocaine with petrol and fighting govt forces etc then get to the states later on.
